Consider this. Unhealed trauma colors perception, relationships, and awareness.
Have you ever been on the receiving end of a rant? Have you been accused of the very thing the other person needs to heal? If so, you've seen how the unhealed emotion of someone can derail a relationship.
It's not fair. But we've all been there.
If you find yourself the catchall, set your boundary and nurture yourself. Be mindful of your energy and your needs. Don't allow someone to take advantage of your kindness. Even if the person is a family member.
Been there, done that.
Avoidant types of personalities often love to bond with healers and helpers. We do it all, gladly, until it wipes us out. Healers often drain their own energy stores, giving it all to someone who doesn't take action to help themselves.Protect your high vibes self and know you are worth it.
Your earthly experience is a mirror reflecting your wound. Look for your own patterns.
Each person is responsible for themselves.
If you are a light walker, it's especially challenging to remember to care for yourself.
We are magnets for those who require emotional healing. And they find us.
Don't waste precious time trying to fix someone. Many healers face challenges they don’t mention. Why? Our role is to help, not to complain, right?
