Reiki provides the energetic support needed to clear blockages, while self-study empowers you to understand and maintain your energy system. Together, they create a sustainable path to healing. When I teach Reiki, day 1 Reiki 1 is all about chakras, history, grounding, clearing, and protective practices. After working with Reiki since 1997, I've had vast experience my students can benefit from.
Reiki offers gentle, guided energy flow.
Self-study builds awareness and skills for ongoing care.
You become an active participant in your healing journey.
Unlocking your chakras through Reiki can transform your energy and well-being. By learning about your chakras, practicing Reiki, and adopting supportive habits, you can clear blockages that affect your body and mind. This approach nurtures balance, vitality, and a deeper connection to yourself.
If you want to explore chakra healing further, consider starting with a self-study chakra course and incorporating Reiki into your daily routine. Your energy system will thank you.
A Reiki session can be done in person or virtually.
But to actually LEARN Reiki, YOU MUST BE IN PERSON for the attunement and hands on learning portion.
If you are out of state and JUST want to learn the basics of chakras and grounding, t but not learn Reiki, contact Rosemary at info@rosemaryd.com.
Pubmed has many studies on the power of Reiki for calming the body, assisting it to heal, and its use with many conditions. (links to explore)
